OUR PROCESS
I.BRIEF
During the brief stage we dive into learning about our client's aspirations and needs. We conduct a onsite walk-through to map out the scope of the project. The brief stage is an indepth process that tells us the scope, timeline, budget and overall design goal. Following the brief we will send a proposal to our client that covers the scope of the project, an estimated budget and our associated design fee.
II.CONCEPT
From the brief we will present the concept design. This will consist of floor plans with furniture layout options, built-in designs and any changes made to the interior architecture. Along with the plans we will present the conceptual mood boards, which consists of samples of all intended finishes, imagery of furniture, lighting, etc. selections. This stage is pivotal and we invite our clients to be hands on and give as much feedback as possible.
III.PLAN
Once the conceptual designs are approved we move onto the detailed design stage. This is when we take all bespoke designs and finalize their specifications. We present to our client the final interior architecture plans for furniture placement and built-ins along with the accessories. At this stage we will also present an itemized break down of costs.
IV. FINAL STAGE
With all requirements met, the ordering and installation process begins. From this point on a schedule is in place and our designers and project managers will attend regular site visits to ensure that our design is is evolving according to plan. Our clients will be updated as much or as little as preferred throughout this process. This final stage has many moving parts but our job is only finished when every last detail is perfected.
